Online Services in Ruiru — KRA, NTSA & Government Applications

Assisted online government applications at Bushgate, Ruiru — KRA PIN and returns, NTSA and driving licences, good conduct certificates, passports, birth certificates, national IDs, HELB, SHA and business registration. We create the account, complete the form, make the payment and print the proof.

The form is not the hard part. Knowing what it is asking is.

Almost nobody fails a government application because it was too complicated. They fail because a name was entered as it appears on a birth certificate instead of an ID, because the payment says pending and nobody explained that the code has to be entered, or because the wrong service was selected three screens back.

We do this every day. You bring your ID, we sit down together, and we go through it in English or Kiswahili — whichever is easier for you — until it is submitted and the receipt is printed.

You leave with a printed copy of everything: the application, the payment receipt, the reference number and, where the service issues one, the certificate itself.

What we do, honestly

We help you apply. We do not work for any government department, we cannot influence a decision, and we cannot make a department move faster than it moves.

What we can do is make sure the application is complete, correct and paid for the first time, which is where most delays actually start.

Government fees are paid to the government through the official portal, and you keep the receipt. Our own service charge is quoted separately, before we begin.

How an application goes

  1. Tell us what you need

Call, WhatsApp or walk in. We confirm the service, the government fee, our service charge and what to carry.

  2. We complete it together

Account created or logged in, the form filled with you watching, payment made and the reference number confirmed.

  3. You leave with the proof

Printed application, payment receipt, reference number and, where it is issued immediately, the certificate itself — laminated if you want.

Online service questions we are asked most

Do you have a government portal account I can use, or do I need my own?

The account must be in your own name, because it is tied to your ID number. If you do not have one, we create it with you at the counter, set the password to something you will remember, and write down the details for you to keep.

How much do online government services cost at Tymes Cyber?

There are two separate amounts: the government fee, which is fixed and paid through the official portal, and our service charge for doing the work, which depends on the application. We tell you both before we start, and you always get the official payment receipt.

Can you apply for a certificate of good conduct for me?

We complete the DCI application online, make the payment and print your invoice and appointment details. You still attend in person for fingerprints, because that step cannot be done by anyone else.

How long does a passport or certificate take?

The waiting time is set by the government department, not by us, and it changes. What we can promise is that the application is submitted correctly and completely the first time, which is the part that most often causes delays.

I do not have an email address. Can I still apply?

Yes. We create an email account for you first, show you how to open it on your phone, and use it for the application so that every confirmation comes to somewhere you can actually reach.

Do I need to be there in person?

For most applications, yes, at least to start — the system sends a verification code to your phone and some services need your fingerprints or your signature. Come with your ID and the phone with your M-Pesa line and the rest is straightforward.

Bring your ID. We will handle the rest.

Open Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm at Bushgate, next to Ola Petrol Station in Ruiru.
