See detailsThe difference is the care, not just the machine
Anyone can own a printer. What people in Ruiru come to Bushgate for is a cyber where somebody actually looks at the job before it is printed — checks the margins, notices the wrong page size, asks whether you want it bound before you have paid for loose sheets.
If you are applying for something on eCitizen for the first time, you are not handed a mouse and left to it. We sit with you, explain what each step is asking, and make sure the receipt and the certificate both come out before you leave.
“Explain it to me like I have never done it before” is not an awkward thing to say here. It is the most normal request we get.
— how we work at Tymes CyberWe check before we print
Wrong margins, cut-off edges and the wrong paper size get caught before you pay for them, not after.
Most jobs are same-day
Printing, copying, scanning, binding and lamination are usually done while you wait. Bulk work gets an honest time, not a hopeful one.
Your documents stay private
ID copies, certificates and personal files are printed, handed over and cleared from the machine. Nothing is kept or shared.
Three ways to get your job done
Message the file to 0717 431 171 with the details — colour or black and white, how many copies, bound or loose. We reply with a price and a time.
Or walk in with a flash disk
Bring your USB, phone or memory card to the counter at Bushgate. We open it, check the layout with you and print it there and then.
Collect, or have it ready
Pay by cash or M-Pesa, check the work before you leave, and we will hold anything you cannot pick up immediately.
eCitizen, KRA and NTSA without the headache
Most people do not struggle because the service is hard. They struggle because nobody explains which button does what, what the reference number is for, or why the payment says pending. We do that part.
- eCitizen account creation
- KRA PIN & iTax returns
- Tax compliance certificate
- NTSA / TIMS transfers
- Driving licence renewal
- Good conduct certificate
- Passport application
- Birth certificate
- National ID replacement
- HELB application & clearance
- SHA / NHIF & NSSF
- Business name registration
What to bring
For almost every government service you will need your original national ID and a phone with an M-Pesa line you can access, because most applications send a confirmation code.
Some services need extra documents — a logbook, a KRA PIN, a birth notification slip, an admission letter. If you are not sure, message us first and we will tell you exactly what to carry so you do not make the trip twice.
